Grandstream Wave for Chrome is a lightweight soft phone that integrates with the UCM63xx PBX seamlessly. It allows users to click-to-dial on any Chrome browser pages, search for colleagues, and make calls, enhancing productivity.
With Grandstream Wave for Chrome, users can access the soft phone from any Chrome web page. This feature enables them to click-to-call phone numbers, even from web-based CRMs, making it convenient for business communication.
The software also offers a comprehensive contact management system. Users can search their contacts by name, department, or position. They can view the presence of their contacts and make calls directly from the interface.
Additionally, Grandstream Wave for Chrome provides rich call control functions. Users can make audio and video calls, utilize call flipping, transfer calls (attended/blind transfer), record calls, and hold/resume calls. The software also allows users to view call records, play voicemail online, and receive call reminders and missed call notifications.
To access the software, users can log in with the Wave RemoteConnect Address of the UCM.
